With so many Summer swimming events happening, July was a busy time for Team Brockwell and included an invitation from Tooting Lido to take part in the annual Stock Exchange Races.
We first entered two teams for the 4 x 4 Relays on Wednesday evening 19th, where we actually didn’t come last! We must be improving.
Great effort from Team One (Ben, Elliot, Liz and Yago) coming fifth with a time of 22 mins 32 seconds. Team Two (Peter, Sabrina, Sarah and Will) then came in a close sixth with a time of 24 mins 53 seconds. Thanks to Tamara for time keeping. We were up against some seriously fast swimmers so should be very pleased with these results.

The following week we then took part in the Stock Exchange Quarter Mile race and actually won some medals. Wow! Well done Yago and Liz for winning silver and bronze. Things are looking up for Teams Brockwell.
