A workout session, written by coach Sam, will be available for you to follow plus a social meet-up afterwards to swap swim stories. Bring cake and a thermos, drinks are also available from the caf̩ kiosk. These are limited to 12 people per half hour which you must book in advance. Please wear your Brockwell Swimmers cap so that you can be identified as a club member. These sessions are un-coached. |
