Love your Lido

We love swimming and we love our Lido. This is our local beach come rain or shine, Spring, Summer Autumn and Winter. Whatever the weather you’ll find us making the most of this wonderful facility.

Swimming is a great leveler. Stripped back to a swimming costume, or wrapped in black neoprene, we are all reduced to just swimmers enjoying the most basic of the elements… water. It’s also a very sociable place with plenty to talk about: the water temperature, how many lengths you did, cake recipes to swap, the topics are endless. Brockwell Lido is our urban oasis, our little bit of Herne Hill Heaven.
