Raising money for the RNLI

Our four brave relay teams are training hard to take on one of the world’s toughest endurance events: swimming the English Channel. Leaving the comfort of their local pool at Brockwell Lido, each swimmer will face choppy seas, strong tides and icy water, taking turns to swim one hour at a time across the 20½ miles between England and France. It’s a formidable physical and mental challenge and they’re doing it for an incredible cause.

The swimmers are raising money for the RNLI, the charity that saves lives at sea. Every donation helps fund the lifeboats, equipment and volunteer crews that respond to thousands of emergencies around the UK coastline each year. By supporting the Brockwell Channel Challenge, you’ll be backing the people who head out in all weathers to rescue others – and encouraging swimmers pushing themselves to their limits for good. It’s a powerful way to make a difference.

Please support the team by donating to their fundraising page: justgiving.com. Every pound raised will go directly to the RNLI, helping to save lives and keeping Britain’s beaches and waters safer for everyone. Whether it’s a little or a lot, your support means the world. Thank you.
