Description

Organised by the Brockwell Swimmers club, this is a course for junior members aged 8 to 13 and will run 7:30pm to 8:30pm on Mondays January 12th, 19th, 26th, February 2nd, 9th, (no session 16th), 23rd, March 2nd, 9th, 16th and 23rd . This dedicated coached course will focus on:-

• How to race over 25m and 50m correctly for a school gala.
• Focus on correcting the stroke to maximise speed.
• When to breath when racing.
• How to do the correct relay hand overs.
• How to maximise the potential of the dive.
• How to finish quickly.
• Correct turns for each stroke.

These will be held at the indoor Alleyn’s School Pool, Townley Road, Dulwich, London, SE22 8SU. Maximum of three swimmers per lane, nine swimmers in total.
