Improve your swimming technique and meet other swimmers at our Monday swim sessions, 8pm to 9pm at the indoor Alleyns School pool, Townley Rd, Dulwich SE22 8SU. All evenings are led by two qualified instructors teaching a range of skills from inter-mediate to masters. Adults 18+ welcome.

Please arrive 15 minutes before to get changed. Just bring goggles and swimwear. If you have kick board, short fins or hand paddles these might be useful.
